Agent – Role Overview

Agents are responsible for growing their personal business while supporting the team’s sales efforts. This role combines individual lead generation with collaborative tasks that contribute to overall team success.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a positive, decisive, and motivated attitude

Actively manage and grow a lead generation database and CRM

Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other channels in a timely manner

Conduct showings for team listings, buyer clients, and rentals

Host open houses and attend inspections, appraisals, staging appointments, and contractor meetings as needed

Provide support during the closing process when appropriate

Set and attend buyer and seller appointments

Review marketing materials and ensure listings are properly prepared

Pick up and deliver lockboxes and buyer/seller packets

Learn and use Dot Collection tools, systems, and processes efficiently

Manage and maintain third-party lead generation platforms

Track and report sales metrics monthly and quarterly to ensure goals are met

Support agent/client relations and ensure a positive experience throughout

Share innovative ideas and contribute to team growth

Assist in recruiting new agents when possible
