• Property Built before 1978? Ask the owner about lead, do they have any knowledge of lead
  • Complete Form: Property_Transfer_Lead_Paint_Notification_-_1009_ts38963 Via Dotloop
    • Send to Owner to sign
• Listing Contract
  • Create loop on Dotloop and select listing template
    • The following forms will be added and should be completed prior to Listing
      • MA_Mandatory_Licensee_Consumer_Relationship_Disclosure_ts38963
      • Access Exclusive Right to Sell
      • Home Inspection DIsclosure
