• [ ] Post Open House by Wednesday 10am To MLS
• [ ] Prep Materials - Email Elizabeth After you post on MLS so she knows who is running open house so she can prepare materials
• [ ] Gather Open House signs
• [ ] Prepare Digital sign in Sheet for Open House Sign in
• [ ] arrive 30 minutes early and walk through the property. Turn on lights and ensure there are not issues
• [ ] Ask all attendees to sign in

For all Dot Collection Listings, the schedule will be as follows:

• First Weekend
  • Open House Both weekend days
• 2nd-4th weekends, one open house per weekend.
• 5th weekend and beyond, open houses every other weekend.
