As a Senior Agent, you are a leader in both sales and team collaboration. Your responsibilities include driving new business with investors, developers, and clients, while mentoring agents and agent assistants to support their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and secure new business opportunities with clients, investors, and developers
- Lead and collaborate on large-scale projects with other agents
- Train and mentor agents and assistants to help them grow their business
- Maintain a strong lead generation database and CRM to deepen client relationships and increase sales
- Provide timely follow-up with leads via phone, email, and other channels
- Support the team with showings, open houses, inspections, appraisals, and closings as needed
- Set appointments, review marketing materials, and coordinate listing prep tasks (lockboxes, packets, stager/contractor access)
- Use Dot Collection tools, systems, and processes to drive efficiency and improve results
- Monitor and maintain performance on lead-gen platforms and CRM
- Track and report sales metrics monthly and quarterly to meet goals
- Recruit and inspire new agents; share innovative strategies to help them stand out
- Ensure agent and client interactions are consistently positive and professional
- Lead with a positive, decisive, and motivating attitude
