Team Commitment
At The Dot Collection, our success is built on relationships, consistent action, and a focus on development sales. The Back-End Funnel is designed to secure tomorrow’s inventory — this is how you build relationships with builders, earn trust with developers, and ensure we always have the next project in the pipeline.
The formula is simple, but it requires discipline:
- Dedicate 30 minutes in CRM to work your developer and multifamily owner database, clear Smart Lists, log every touchpoint, and update statuses — because if it’s not tracked, it doesn’t grow.
- Make 5 calls every day to developers, builders, and absentee multifamily owners — the conversations today create projects for tomorrow.
- Create 3 social videos each week — one market/niche, one educational, and one personal — so you’re seen as the agent who understands development and has the network to sell it.
- Stay accountable — if it’s not logged, it didn’t happen.
This funnel is not theory — it’s the daily practice that builds a long-term pipeline, strengthens relationships, and establishes your reputation as the development agent developers trust. Master this system, and you master sourcing inventory.
