Senior Agent
Role:
Senior Agents may utilize Agent Assistants to help manage their active deal flow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on, on-the-job training to your Agent Assistant
- Work side-by-side with them on all aspects of real estate: showings, inspections, appraisals, open houses, and final walkthroughs
- Support their development while modeling high standards of professionalism and service
Vested Interest:
- Senior Agents share 5% of the deals they assign to their Agent Assistant as compensation and incentive during training
- Once the Agent Assistant completes 15 personal deals, the Senior Agent will begin to receive 5% of all their personal deals moving forward
- This ensures mutual investment: Assistants are motivated to learn and grow, while Senior Agents are rewarded for their mentorship and long-term development
Agent Assistant
Role:
Agent Assistants work closely with a designated Senior Agent who mentors them through all aspects of daily real estate responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with any tasks typically handled by a Senior Agent, including showings, listing prep, client communication, and transaction coordination
